We want you to be confident in FirstPrompt. This policy explains when purchases made at firstprompt.build are refundable. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you’re not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your first purchase, no questions asked.

Subscriptions (Pro & Team)

You can cancel anytime from the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the current billing period. Beyond the 30-day window, we do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law.

Lifetime purchases

Lifetime purchases are refundable within 30 days unless you have accessed more than 25% of the course content, reflecting the one-time, full-access nature of the plan.

Referral & promotional credits

Amounts paid using referral rewards, coupons, or other credits are not refundable as cash.

How to request a refund

Send your request, including the email on your account and your order details, to us through firstprompt.build. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe and typically arrive within 5–10 business days.
