Refund Policy

If you’re not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your first purchase. The sections below set out how this applies to subscriptions, Lifetime purchases, and amounts paid with credits.

You can cancel anytime from the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the current billing period. Beyond the 30-day window, we do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law.

Lifetime purchases are refundable within 30 days unless you have accessed more than 25% of the course content, reflecting the one-time, full-access nature of the plan.

Amounts paid using referral rewards, coupons, or other credits are not refundable as cash.

Send your request, including the email on your account and your order details, to us through firstprompt.build. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically arrive within 5–10 business days.
