Last updated: May 28, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of firstprompt.buildand the FirstPrompt course and services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
FirstPrompt is a self-paced, web-based course that teaches Claude Code from the basics through shipping real projects. Content is for educational purposes and is provided on an ongoing, evolving basis: new modules and lessons are added over time as part of your subscription.
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Accounts are for a single person: sharing an account or paid content with others is not permitted.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel or manage your plan at any time from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. We may change pricing with prior notice; changes do not affect the period you have already paid for. All prices are in USD and exclusive of any applicable taxes.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content for your own learning. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, publicly share, or scrape the content, or attempt to circumvent the paywall or access controls. Automated access and abuse of the Service are prohibited.
All course content, code samples, designs, and the FirstPrompt name and marks are owned by FirstPrompt or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws.
We issue a verifiable certificate when you complete the required coursework. We may revoke a certificate obtained through fraud or in violation of these Terms.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any particular learning outcome, job, or result. FirstPrompt is an independent educational product and is not affiliated with Anthropic.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FirstPrompt will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. The specific governing jurisdiction will be confirmed here before paid plans become available.
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
