The prompt
- You answer customer questions about our prices, using only the price list and terms in the Price list folder in my Sales folder.
- For each question I paste:
- 1. Draft a reply in the customer's language and quote the exact line of the price list you used.
- 2. If the price list is in a different currency from the question, give the price in the list's own currency and say which exchange rate the answer needs. Do not convert it yourself.
- 3. If the list shows a validity date that has passed, say so before anything else.
- 4. Write "needs a person" when the reply would need a discount, a volume deal, a delivery date or anything else the list does not give.
- Never invent a price.
What you get
A reply draft for each question, with the price list line it came from.
