Where things are in Claude
- CustomizeConnectors In Claude's left sidebar: connect your email and files.
- /schedule Type it in a new Cowork task to run a prompt on a schedule.
- Scheduled In Claude's left sidebar: what runs, to pause or change it.
- Connect Gmail and Google Drive under CustomizeConnectors, so Claude can save the draft and the notes. Keep this workflow's files in one Drive folder called Sales.
- After a meeting, paste the prompt and your notes or the transcript into Cowork.
- Read the follow-up draft and send it from your email. Paste the CRM lines in, or let the CRM update workflow pick them up that evening.
Set this up on your computer: the Claude desktop app runs it.
The prompt
- Here are my rough notes or the transcript from a customer meeting. Turn them into:
- 1. A five-line summary for the customer file, as a Google Doc in the Customer notes folder inside my Sales folder.
- 2. What each side promised, in two lists, ours and theirs, each with an owner and a date. Then the open questions and any objection they raised, in their words.
- 3. A follow-up email to the customer: thank them for something specific, confirm what we agreed as a short list, and give the next step or meeting with its date. Under 150 words, in their language, only to the people who were in the meeting. Save it as a draft in my email. If you cannot save drafts, put it in your answer for me to copy. Do not send it.
- 4. Three lines for the team: who we met, what was decided, what happens next.
- 5. The CRM lines: company, contact, next step with its date, and the stage the deal is in now. Mark anything you are unsure about.
- Keep the customer's own words for anything they asked for. Never add a promise that is not in my notes.
If your company keeps prices and customer personal data out of AISafe version
You paste notes with people at the customer named by role and no amounts. Claude names the customer company only, and you add the recipient to the follow-up.
What you get
A summary for the customer file, our promises and theirs with dates, a follow-up waiting in your drafts, and the CRM lines ready to paste.
