The prompt
- Draft this month's customer newsletter from the notes and photos in my "Newsletter" folder.
- 1. Pick the three to five items customers will care about most: new products, improvements, trade fairs, delivery or service news.
- 2. Write it as a new Google Doc in the same folder: three subject line options, a two-line opening, one short section per item ending with what the reader can do next, and a closing line. Follow the tone of last month's issue in the folder.
- 3. List the photo each section needs, from the folder where there is one.
- Do not invent figures, dates or customer names that are not in the material. Write [CHECK: what] where something is unclear. Do not send anything.
What you get
A newsletter draft with three subject lines, ready to paste into your newsletter tool.
