- /schedule Type it in a new Cowork task to run a prompt on a schedule.
- Scheduled In Claude's left sidebar: what runs, to pause or change it.
- Write a one-page "Why us" document in your Sales folder: your lead times, delivery and quality record, certificates, service, payment terms, and two or three customers who stayed with you and why. Leave prices out of it.
- Connect Google Drive under CustomizeConnectors, and Gmail too if you want Claude to read earlier emails with the customer. Keep this workflow's files in one Drive folder called Sales.
- When a customer pushes back on price, delete every name, email address, phone number, price and amount from their message or your notes, then open Cowork and paste the prompt and the text.
- Pick the reply and the give you want, edit them, add the greeting and send it yourself.
Set this up on your computer: the Claude desktop app runs it.
