Review the whole pipeline every week
Every Monday Claude reads the open deals export and lays out every deal: its stage, the last contact, the next step and who owns it. Deals that slipped or went quiet come first. It does not read your email.

Where things are in Claude
- CustomizeConnectors In Claude's left sidebar: connect your email and files.
- /schedule Type it in a new Cowork task to run a prompt on a schedule.
- Scheduled In Claude's left sidebar: what runs, to pause or change it.
- Make a "Pipeline" sheet in your Sales folder with the deal reference, customer company, stage, close date, last contact date, next step and its date, and the owner on your side, and keep it up to date. No contact names, email addresses, phone numbers or values.
- Connect Google Drive under CustomizeConnectors. This version does not need your email.
- Type /schedule, paste this workflow's prompt and pick Weekly, Monday at 8:00.
- Read the table before the sales meeting. Claude changes nothing in the CRM; you decide what moves.
- It runs while your computer is on and Claude is open. A Monday it was off is skipped, not queued.
Set this up on your computer: the Claude desktop app runs it.
