    Where things are in Claude

    • CustomizeConnectors In Claude's left sidebar: connect your email and files.
    • /schedule Type it in a new Cowork task to run a prompt on a schedule.
    • Scheduled In Claude's left sidebar: what runs, to pause or change it.
  2. 01
Connect Gmail and Google Drive under CustomizeConnectors, so Claude can save the draft and the notes. Keep this workflow's files in one Drive folder called Sales.
  3. 02
After a meeting, delete every price and amount from your notes and write people at the customer by their role (their buyer, their quality lead), never by name. Then paste the prompt and the notes into Cowork.
  4. 03
Add the recipient to the follow-up draft and send it from your email. Add the contact to the CRM lines yourself.
Set this up on your computer: the Claude desktop app runs it.
