Draft the monthly supplier performance note

At the start of the month Claude reads last month's deliveries and rejects per supplier and writes the note: on-time delivery, rejects, open complaints, and who to talk to.

  3. 02
Connect your email and Google Drive under CustomizeConnectors.

The prompt
  1. 1
Read last month's deliveries and incoming rejects in my "Supplier performance" folder, and last month's note in the same folder.
  2. 2
  3. 3
    1. For each supplier: deliveries due, delivered on time, on-time rate, parts received, parts rejected, rejects per million, open complaints, and price changes in the month.
  4. 4
    2. Compare with last month's note and say who improved and who slipped.
  5. 5
    3. Name the three suppliers to talk to this month, and why, from the numbers.
  6. 6
    4. Draft a short, factual email to each of them with their numbers, asking for an improvement plan. Save them as drafts in my email. Do not send.
  7. 7
  8. 8
Write the note as a new Google Doc in that folder. Mark any number that looks wrong instead of correcting it.
If your company keeps prices out of AISafe version
Reads delivery and reject lists exported without prices, and scores delivery and quality only. Prices and price changes stay out of the note and the drafts.
