    Where things are in Claude

    • CustomizeConnectors In Claude's left sidebar: connect your email and files.
    • /schedule Type it in a new Cowork task to run a prompt on a schedule.
    • Scheduled In Claude's left sidebar: what runs, to pause or change it.
  2. 01
Once for the whole company: your Microsoft admin approves Claude's Microsoft 365 connector and turns on its write tools, so Claude can save drafts and files. If connecting asks for an admin's approval, this is still to do: send them this step.
  3. 02
Each weekday morning, 2 minutes: export open purchase orders from wherever you track purchase orders into a sheet called Open purchase orders. If your IT team can schedule that export, this step runs itself.
  4. 03
Connect Microsoft 365 under CustomizeConnectors, for Outlook, OneDrive and SharePoint.
  5. 04
Type /schedule, paste this workflow's prompt and pick Weekdays at 8:00.

    1. List every order that is late, or due in the next 3 days without a confirmed date.
  4. 4
    2. Draft a short reminder to each of those suppliers, in the language of our last email with them, asking for a confirmed delivery date. Save them as drafts. Do not send.
  5. 5
    3. Read supplier replies since yesterday and fill the "Confirmed date" column wherever a supplier gave one.
  6. 6
    4. Give me a short list of orders that could stop production this week.
