The prompt
- Every weekday at 8:00, read my "Open purchase orders" sheet and today's emails from suppliers.
- 1. List every order that is late, or due in the next 3 days without a confirmed date.
- 2. Draft a short reminder to each of those suppliers, in the language of our last email with them, asking for a confirmed delivery date. Save them as drafts. Do not send.
- 3. Read supplier replies since yesterday and fill the "Confirmed date" column wherever a supplier gave one.
- 4. Give me a short list of orders that could stop production this week.
