The prompt
- Read the approved purchase requests in my "To order" sheet.
- For each supplier, draft one email listing part code, description, quantity, unit price and required date, in the language of our last email with that supplier. Save them as drafts and give me a table of what you drafted. Do not send.
If your company keeps prices out of AISafe version
Reads a list kept without prices and writes part codes, quantities and dates. Prices stay out of the email.
What you get
One draft per supplier and a table of everything that was drafted.
