Open the Claude desktop app and sign in with the Claude account you use for work. On a personal Free, Pro or Max plan, chats can be used for training unless you switch off SettingsPrivacyHelp improve Claude.

Where things are in Claude
- CustomizeConnectors In Claude's left sidebar: connect your email and files.
- /schedule Type it in a new Cowork task to run a prompt on a schedule.
- Scheduled In Claude's left sidebar: what runs, to pause or change it.
- Put your product list and the datasheets in a Drive folder called Products, with a few descriptions you already like.
- Connect Google Drive under CustomizeConnectors.
- Paste the prompt into Cowork. Check the rows it marks, then copy the descriptions where you need them.
Set this up on your computer: the Claude desktop app runs it.
The prompt
- Write product descriptions for every product in the product list in my "Products" folder, using the datasheets in the same folder.
- Add one row per product to a new "Descriptions" sheet in that folder:
- 1. A product name a buyer would search for.
- 2. A two-sentence short description.
- 3. A description of about 120 words: what it is, what it is used for, and what makes it reliable.
- 4. The key specifications as a list, copied exactly from the source, with units.
- Follow the tone of the example descriptions in the folder. Use only facts from the files. Where a spec is missing or two files disagree, write [CHECK: what] instead of guessing.
