Turn each client's platform exports into their monthly report

At the start of the month Claude reads one client's platform exports and last month's report, and writes the report the client actually reads: what grew, what worked and what to do next.

    Where things are in Claude

    • CustomizeConnectors In Claude's left sidebar: connect your email and files.
    • /schedule Type it in a new Cowork task to run a prompt on a schedule.
    • Scheduled In Claude's left sidebar: what runs, to pause or change it.
  2. 01
At month end, export last month's results for the client from each platform, totals and the post list only, into a Drive folder named after the client, next to last month's report. Delete any follower list, comments, messages or lead list from the export before you save it.
  3. 02
    Connect Google Drive under CustomizeConnectors.
  4. 03
Paste this workflow's prompt into Cowork once per client and name the client's folder. Read the draft, then send it to the client as you always do.
Set this up on your computer: the Claude desktop app runs it.

  5. 5
    2. For each platform: followers, reach, engagement rate, clicks and posts published, against the month before.
