Turn each client's platform exports into their monthly report
At the start of the month Claude reads one client's platform exports and last month's report, and writes the report the client actually reads: what grew, what worked and what to do next.

- At month end, export last month's results for the client from each platform (totals and posts, not follower lists) into a Drive folder named after the client, next to last month's report.
- Connect Google Drive under CustomizeConnectors.
- Paste this workflow's prompt into Cowork once per client and name the client's folder. Read the draft, then send it to the client as you always do.
Set this up on your computer: the Claude desktop app runs it.
The prompt
- Write last month's report for the client whose Drive folder I name, from the platform exports in it and last month's report.
- Write it as a Google Doc in the client's folder:
- 1. A three-line summary the client can read on its own: the month in one sentence, the best result, the one thing to change.
- 2. For each platform: followers, reach, engagement rate, clicks and posts published, against the month before.
- 3. The three posts that did best and the one that did worst, with the numbers that show it and the likely reason.
- 4. Three recommendations for next month, each tied to a number above.
- Use only the numbers in the exports. If two exports disagree or a number looks wrong, mark it [CHECK] instead of fixing it. Write in the language of last month's report.

Works from platform totals, exported without follower lists, comments, messages or lead lists. Usernames and commenters stay out of the prompt and the report.
