The prompt
- Write captions for this week's posts for the client whose Drive folder I name. The posts are in this week's post list in the folder.
- 1. From the brand guide and the best recent captions in the folder, describe the client's voice in five short rules: tone, sentence length, emoji and hashtag use, words they use, words they never use.
- 2. For each post, write three caption variants that follow those rules: one short, one standard, one that opens with a question. Fit the length to the post's platform.
- 3. Add up to five hashtags per variant, from the ones the client already uses unless the brief asks for new ones.
- Do not invent offers, prices, product claims or dates that are not in the folder. Write [CHECK: what] where a post is unclear. Write in the client's language.
What you get
Three caption variants per post with hashtags, and the five rules of the client's voice they follow, ready to edit and send for approval.
