Turn campaign numbers into a weekly report that says what to change

Every Monday Claude reads last week's campaign exports and writes a one-page report: what each campaign delivered, the best and the worst, and what to change this week.

    Where things are in Claude

    • CustomizeConnectors In Claude's left sidebar: connect your email and files.
    • /schedule Type it in a new Cowork task to run a prompt on a schedule.
    • Scheduled In Claude's left sidebar: what runs, to pause or change it.
  2. 01
Once for the whole company: your Microsoft admin approves Claude's Microsoft 365 connector and turns on its write tools, so Claude can save drafts and files. If connecting asks for an admin's approval, this is still to do: send them this step.
  3. 02
Each Monday before 10:00, about 5 minutes: export last week's results per campaign (totals, not lead lists) from your ad accounts and newsletter tool into a OneDrive folder called Campaigns.
  4. 03
Connect Microsoft 365 under CustomizeConnectors, for OneDrive and SharePoint.
  5. 04
Type /schedule, paste this workflow's prompt and pick Weekly, Monday at 10:00.
  6. 05
It runs while your computer is on and Claude is open. A Monday it was off is skipped, not queued.
Set this up on your computer: the Claude desktop app runs it.
The prompt
  1. 1
Every Monday at 10:00, read last week's campaign exports in my "Campaigns" folder and the report from the week before.
  2. 2
  3. 3
Write this week's report as a one-page Word document in the same folder:
  4. 4
    1. For each campaign: spend, reach, clicks, leads and cost per lead, against the week before.
  5. 5
    2. The best and the worst campaign, with the numbers that show it and the likely reason.
  6. 6
    3. Three changes to make this week, each tied to a number.
  7. 7
  8. 8
Use only the numbers in the exports. If two exports disagree or a number looks wrong, mark it instead of fixing it.
If your company keeps prices out of AISafe version
Reports results only, from exports without the spend columns: reach, clicks and leads. Spend, budget and cost per lead stay out.

What you get
A one-page report built only from the exports, with three changes tied to the numbers behind them.
