Start the week with one page on cash, orders and what needs you
Every Monday morning Claude reads the week's exports in your Management folder and writes one page: cash today and this week, orders in, deliveries due and late, and money owed to you. It ends with the few things that need your decision.

Where things are in Claude
- CustomizeConnectors In Claude's left sidebar: connect your email and files.
- /schedule Type it in a new Cowork task to run a prompt on a schedule.
- Scheduled In Claude's left sidebar: what runs, to pause or change it.
- Each Monday before 8:30, 5 minutes: fill in a "This week" sheet in a Monday folder inside your Management folder: each bank account's balance, payments due this week, orders received last week, orders past their promised date, and overdue invoices. Ask Claude once to create the sheet with those rows.
- Connect Google Drive under CustomizeConnectors. Keep this workflow's files in one Drive folder called Management.
- Type /schedule, paste this workflow's prompt and pick Weekly, Monday at 8:30.
- Read the page before your Monday meeting. Claude marks every number it could not find, and changes nothing in your exports.
- It runs while your computer is on and Claude is open. A Monday it was off is skipped, not queued.
Set this up on your computer: the Claude desktop app runs it.
The prompt
- Every Monday at 8:30, read the newest files in the Monday folder inside my Management folder, and last Monday's brief in the same folder.
- Write this week's brief as a Google Doc in the Monday folder, on one page:
- 1. Cash: the balance in each bank account, the money due in and out this week, and where the week ends. If the files give a minimum cash level, say whether we stay above it.
- 2. Orders: orders received last week, count and value, against the week before, and the five biggest.
- 3. Deliveries: how many orders are due to ship this week, and every order already past its promised date, with the customer and how many days late.
- 4. Money owed to us: the overdue invoices, their total, and the five customers who owe the most past their due date.
- 5. Add this week's figures as a new column in the "Monday numbers" sheet in the same folder (create it on the first run, one row per figure), and say for each one whether it went up or down since last Monday.
- 6. What needs me this week: three to five items, one line each, with the number behind it. For example a late order for a big customer, a week where cash falls below the minimum, or a customer far past due.
- Use only numbers you find in the files. Where one is missing, write [MISSING] and the file it should come from. Change nothing in the exports.
If your company keeps company financials and prices out of AISafe version
Works from counts, customers and dates, from exports without amounts or bank balances. The cash lines are left as [FINANCE] gaps for you to fill.
What you get
One page before your Monday meeting: the week's numbers against last Monday, what is late or at risk, and three to five things that need you this week.
