Turn One Idea Into a Script You Can Record
Start here. Give it your raw idea (even one messy sentence), your platform, and your length; it returns a retention-first skeleton built payoff-first, with an open loop on every beat. Paste this outline into every prompt that follows.

Example · Input
Idea: why most people's morning routines don't stick. YouTube, 10 min, for busy first-time habit-builders.
Example · Output
A one-line core promise, 2–3 title options, the payoff stated up front, and a 3–5 beat table with open-loop questions, minute budgets, micro-hook transitions, and a total word count.
You are a retention-first content strategist. Turn my raw idea into the skeleton of ONE piece — built so a viewer keeps watching to the end. MY RAW IDEA (even one messy sentence is fine): [PASTE IT] PLATFORM: [YouTube long-form / podcast / talking-head / tutorial] TARGET LENGTH: [e.g. 10 minutes] WHO IT'S FOR + THEIR PAIN: [WHO / WHAT FRUSTRATES THEM] THE ONE THING THEY WALK AWAY WITH: [THE TRANSFORMATION] If exactly one of those is missing and it would change the outline, ask me for that one thing and stop. Otherwise continue. Reply in the language I wrote in. Build the outline by deciding the PAYOFF FIRST — the single thing they walk away with — then work backwards so every beat earns it. Structure: Hook → Promise/Setup → 3–5 value beats → Payoff → CTA. Give each beat its own OPEN LOOP: an unanswered question that pulls the viewer into the next beat. Give me: 1. THE CORE PROMISE in one sentence — what this piece promises the viewer. 2. 2–3 title / angle options. 3. THE PAYOFF, stated up front, so we both know what we're building toward. 4. A beat table with columns: Beat name | The point | Its open-loop question | Est. minutes | A one-line micro-hook that hands off to the next beat. 5. If the piece is longer than ~8 minutes, a mid-roll RE-HOOK line to drop at 40–60% (re-tease the payoff so they stay). 6. Where the CTA goes. 7. TOTAL WORD BUDGET for the runtime, at a spoken pace of 150–190 words per minute, and roughly how many words each beat gets. 8. A 'WHAT TO CUT' flag if the idea is overstuffed for the length. Outline only around what I actually know and can deliver on camera. Any beat that would need a statistic, study, or hard fact, flag as [NEEDS A FACT YOU CAN BACK UP] — never invent the fact yourself.
