Chase every post still waiting for client approval

Each weekday morning Claude reads the approval sheet, drafts a short reminder for every post still waiting, and puts the posts about to miss their date at the top. It does not read the client threads.

    • CustomizeConnectors In Claude's left sidebar: connect your email and files.
    • /schedule Type it in a new Cowork task to run a prompt on a schedule.

What you get
A morning table by brand: what is waiting and since when, a reminder drafted for each post waiting two working days or more, and the posts at risk this week first. You add the recipient and the name to each draft, about 20 seconds each, because client contacts stay out of AI.

Once for the whole company: your Microsoft admin approves Claude's Microsoft 365 connector and turns on its write tools, so Claude can save drafts and files. If connecting asks for an admin's approval, this is still to do: send them this step.
  • 02
Keep one approval sheet called Approvals in your Clients folder with these columns: brand, post, sent for approval, publish date, status. No contact names, email addresses or phone numbers.
  • 03
Each time you send a post for approval, add its row; when a client approves, set its status to approved, about 20 seconds each. Claude does not read the client threads in this version.
  • 04
Connect Microsoft 365 under CustomizeConnectors, and in Cowork connect your Clients folder in OneDrive or SharePoint (the one synced to this computer).
  • 05
Type /schedule, paste this workflow's prompt and pick Weekdays at 9:00.
  • 06
Each draft has no recipient: add the client contact and their name, then send it yourself. A morning the computer was off is skipped, not queued.
  • Set this up on your computer: the Claude desktop app runs it.
