    • /schedule Type it in a new Cowork task to run a prompt on a schedule.

Once for the whole company: your Microsoft admin approves Claude's Microsoft 365 connector and turns on its write tools, so Claude can save drafts and files. If connecting asks for an admin's approval, this is still to do: send them this step.
  3. 02
Put product files and last fair's materials in a OneDrive folder called Trade fair. Keep your customer list out of it.
  4. 03
Connect Microsoft 365 (for OneDrive and SharePoint) and Web search under CustomizeConnectors.
  5. 04
Six to eight weeks before the fair, paste the prompt into Cowork with the fair's name and your stand. Fill the [NAME] and [COMPANY] gaps in the invitation yourself and send it.
Set this up on your computer: the Claude desktop app runs it.
