Start the week with one page on cash, orders and what needs you

Every Monday morning Claude reads the week's exports in your Management folder and writes one page: cash today and this week, orders in, deliveries due and late, and money owed to you. It ends with the few things that need your decision.

    Where things are in Claude

    • CustomizeConnectors In Claude's left sidebar: connect your email and files.
    • /schedule Type it in a new Cowork task to run a prompt on a schedule.
    • Scheduled In Claude's left sidebar: what runs, to pause or change it.
  2. 01
Once for the whole company: your Microsoft admin approves Claude's Microsoft 365 connector and turns on its write tools, so Claude can save drafts and files. If connecting asks for an admin's approval, this is still to do: send them this step.
  3. 02
Each Monday before 8:30, 5 minutes: fill in a "This week" sheet in a Monday folder inside your Management folder with counts only: orders received last week, orders past their promised date, overdue invoices. No bank balances or amounts. Ask Claude once to create the sheet with those rows.
  4. 03
In Cowork, connect your Management folder in OneDrive or SharePoint (the one synced to this computer).
  5. 04
Type /schedule, paste this workflow's prompt and pick Weekly, Monday at 8:30.
  6. 05
Fill the [FINANCE] lines before your Monday meeting. Claude marks everything it could not find, and changes nothing in your exports.
  7. 06
It runs while your computer is on and Claude is open. A Monday it was off is skipped, not queued.
Set this up on your computer: the Claude desktop app runs it.
