Here is the pattern that kills most creators: four posts in one motivated weekend, one does okay, then three quiet weeks. Every platform reads the gap the same way: this account is not reliable, stop showing it to people.

The fix is not more motivation. It is an engine.

Consistent beats viral

Chasing a viral post is buying lottery tickets. Publishing every week is a salary. A viral hit reaches a million strangers once; a weekly post reaches the same few hundred people again and again, and repetition turns viewers into followers.

The bigger reason: you cannot learn from one post. One post is one data point. Ten weeks form a pattern that tells you what to make more of. Viral is luck; consistent is a system that finds out what works.

What an engine actually is

Five stages, in a loop:

1. Idea. One per week. Not seven; one.
2. Formats. That idea becomes seven different posts (next lesson does exactly this).
3. Batch. You make the whole week in one sitting.
4. Publish. One post a day, ten minutes, because the work is already done.
5. Read numbers. Ten minutes on Sunday: what worked, what to double down on.

Pick your one niche and one platform

The engine needs the same input every week. "I post about whatever I feel like, everywhere" is the burnout plan you just retired. One niche, one platform; you expand later, from strength.

1. What do people already ask me for help with?
2. What could I talk about for 20 minutes with zero preparation?
3. What do I want to be known for a year from now?
4. Which app do I spend the most time on as a viewer?
 
Then give me exactly 3 niche options, numbered. For each: the niche in one sentence, who it is for, and 5 example post topics I could make this week with my phone. Pick the ONE platform that best fits, based only on what I told you, and say why in one line.
 
Rules: use only what I actually told you; never invent skills I did not mention. If an answer is too vague to work with, tell me which one to redo instead of guessing. End by asking me to choose, then restate my choice as one sentence: "I make [topic] content for [audience] on [platform]."
