One idea, seven posts
By the end of this lesson you will have seven post concepts for the coming week, generated from one idea in a single prompt, sitting in a chat you can screenshot and show someone.
The blank page is not an idea problem; it is a math problem. Seven posts a week seems to need seven ideas a week, and nobody has 364 ideas a year about anything.
The math is wrong. One idea holds seven posts, because an angle is not a topic. "Beginners buy equipment before they have skills" is one idea; told as your own story it is Monday's post, argued against the usual advice it is Tuesday's, turned into steps it is Wednesday's.
The seven angles
These work in every niche on every platform, which is why the prompt hard-codes them:
- Story. The idea lived through one specific moment.
- Contrarian. The common advice your idea pushes against.
- How-to. The idea as steps someone can follow today.
- List. The idea broken into 3 to 5 examples, tools, or cases.
- Mistake. The error people make because they do not know this yet.
- Result. The before and after when someone applies it.
- Question. The idea flipped into something your audience will answer in the comments.
You no longer sit down to "think of content". You sit down with one opinion, and the angles do the multiplying.
Run this
Open a new chat on claude.ai or in the Claude app; a free account is all this needs. Have two things ready: your niche sentence from the last lesson, and one idea. An idea means one opinion, not a category. "Fitness" is a category; "most beginners train too often, not too hard" is an idea.
Take one idea and turn it into 7 post concepts for one week, one per day.
MY NICHE AND PLATFORM: [paste your sentence from the last lesson]
MY ONE IDEA: [one sentence, e.g. "most beginners buy equipment before they have skills"]
If I left either of those blank, ask me for it first and stop.
Give me exactly 7 concepts, numbered 1 to 7, one for each of these angles, in this order:
1. STORY - the idea told through one specific moment
2. CONTRARIAN - the common advice this idea pushes against
3. HOW-TO - the idea as steps someone can follow today
4. LIST - the idea broken into 3 to 5 concrete examples or tools
5. MISTAKE - the error people make because they do not know this idea
6. RESULT - the before and after when someone applies the idea
7. QUESTION - the idea flipped into something my audience will answer in the comments
For each concept give me: a first-line hook (under 12 words), 2 or 3 talking points, and the format that fits my platform (short video, carousel, or text post).
You should see
A numbered list of seven concepts, each labeled with its angle, with a hook, talking points, and a format. Each of the seven should recognizably be your idea wearing a different angle.
Check it
- Exactly 7 concepts, numbered, in the story-to-question order
- Every hook is under about 12 words and specific to your idea, not a generic line that fits any niche
- No invented numbers anywhere; personal moments say [YOUR STORY HERE] instead of a fabricated story
- Each concept is makeable this week with only your phone
- You can trace all 7 back to the one idea you typed
If you see
If the seven concepts feel like seven different topics, your idea was a category. Narrow it to one opinion and run it again; "social media marketing" fails, "small shops should reply to comments before posting new content" works. If the hooks read generic, reply "rewrite all 7 hooks, each under 12 words, each impossible to reuse for a different idea". If Claude invented a personal story, paste the rule back: "never invent stories for me, mark those spots [YOUR STORY HERE]".
Ten minutes in, you have a week
That list is a real week of content, planned. Screenshot it and send it to a friend who keeps saying they want to start posting.
If you arrived from the 30-Day Content System pack, this is its daily-driver sibling; the rest of the course wires it into a full engine: your voice, a batch day that drafts all seven, numbers that pick next week's angle.
Keep the chat open. The next lesson gives it a permanent home.
What you just learned
- One idea holds seven posts, because an angle is not a topic; the multiplication is the engine's core move.
- The seven angles: story, contrarian, how-to, list, mistake, result, question.
- Guardrails in the prompt ("exactly 7", "never invent stories, mark [YOUR STORY HERE]") are what keep the output usable.
- An idea is one opinion, not a category; narrow ideas produce sharper weeks.
