MCP: give Claude new tools

By default, Claude Code can read your files and run your terminal. MCP — the Model Context Protocol — lets it do much more: connect to other tools and services so it can fetch things itself instead of you copying and pasting. It is a standard plug for wiring Claude into the wider world.
