Bookkeeping + VAT
£260 / monthEverything above, plus quarterly VAT returns filed under Making Tax Digital — including the OSS side if you sell into the EU.
Catch-up work
from £400Behind by a few months, or a year? Fixed quote after I look at the accounts. Most catch-ups take two to three weeks.
One-off review
£150You keep doing your own books; I check them and send a list of what to fix. Useful once a year, or before an accountant sees them.

Who you'd be working with
I am Derya. I spent seven years in practice doing accounts for every kind of business, and went out on my own in 2022 because I wanted to do fewer clients properly instead of many badly. I work with online shops almost exclusively now — the platform fees, the refunds, the VAT across borders — because doing one thing repeatedly is how you get fast at it.
You will deal with me. There is no team, no account manager, and no handover to someone junior after you sign. That is the trade-off: I take on a small number of clients and I am occasionally full.
Before you get in touch
Do I need an accountant as well as you?+
Usually yes, for the year-end and your tax return. I keep the books clean all year so their bill is smaller — and I am happy to work directly with whoever you already use.
What if my books are a mess?+
That is most people on the first call. Catch-up work is quoted separately and fixed before I start, so it cannot run away from you.
Which platforms do you work with?+
Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, eBay and WooCommerce, in Xero or QuickBooks. If you use something else, ask — it is usually fine, I just want to check before promising.
How do I send you things?+
Read-only bank feed and shop access, and a shared folder for anything on paper. You will not be emailing me receipts one at a time.
What if I want to leave?+
One month's notice, and I hand over the file properly to whoever comes next. No exit fee, no holding your data.
Are you taking new clients?+
Right now, yes — two spaces for September. When I am full this page will say so rather than letting you book a call for nothing.
