What happens to my recordings?+
They are transcribed, structured, and then deleted — normally within minutes. We keep the minutes you get back, because that is the product. We do not keep the audio and we do not train anything on it.
How accurate is it, honestly?+
Good on decisions and actions, weaker on names it has not seen before. Everything is editable, and it flags anything it was unsure of rather than inventing a confident version.
Which languages?+
English, Dutch, German and Turkish are solid today. Others usually work but are not something I'd promise yet.
Does it work offline?+
Recording does. Processing needs a connection, so the note sits on your phone until you have one — useful on a train.
Can I use it for client-confidential meetings?+
Data is processed in the EU and deleted after use. If your client contract requires a DPA, email me and I will send one — I would rather answer that than have you guess.
What if it isn't for me?+
